You know how kids dream of becoming astronauts, athletes, or even pop stars? But who thinks, “I want to be a coach when I grow up?” Not me, ha!
Back when I was a kid, I remember wanting to be a Thunderbird. Thankfully, I grew out of that vision for myself!
At age 13 or 14, I started training with my dad, and well—we all want to impress our parents, don’t we?
What started off as a hobby quickly became an obsession, which ultimately became an unhealthy obsession involving prolonged restriction, phases of binge eating, guilt, shame, and yo-yo dieting.
It took a while to accept that what I was doing wasn’t working nor healthy!!
But what was once a challenge has since become a passion.
As my knowledge and experience grew, I discovered my niche organically.
I never imagined I’d specialise in coaching women, especially as a man. The results we achieve together go much deeper than what any before-and-after photo could show.
This unplanned speciality has become my purpose. Today, I’m privileged to help women break free from the same emotional rollercoaster that I once rode myself.
Every day, I assist them in navigating their own paths towards sustainable health and self-belief, empowering them to reclaim their lives and their well-being.
At You Training, through our Lean Life Academy, we’re not just changing bodies; we’re transforming lives by fostering a supportive environment where growth and self-discovery skyrocket.
If someone is ready to step off the rollercoaster, I’m ready to provide a path of lasting change and guide them every step of the way.
Beyond individual coaching though, I’m exploring the idea of bringing this transformative approach to businesses.
We all have limited capacity with time, energy, and mental space, which gets quickly depleted by heavy unproductive emotions such as worrying about body image or food anxieties.
Offering talks, workshops, or even corporate perks through You Training, I’d like to give staff the tools to reclaim that capacity, boosting productivity and personal well-being in the workplace.
