Dr Lindsay Browning helps people improve their sleep and wellbeing through individual sleep therapy and advice based on CBT-I. She also offers corporate talks and workshops, is a keynote speaker and works with organisations such as the NHS, police and utility companies to advise on shift work patterns and management. Dr Browning is the resident sleep ambassador for And So To Bed.

Trouble Sleeping was founded in 2006 by Dr Browning, who specialised in insomnia at the University of Oxford. In addition to a doctorate in insomnia treatment, she also has degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology. She is also a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society (the highest level of membership awarded. She is trained to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) – the gold standard treatment for insomnia.

Online consultations

Corporate and individual therapy sessions are offered online throughout the country. When not in a coronavirus pandemic, face to face individual and corporate consultations are available.

Help is available for children and adults and consultations can be either in person in Wokingham, Berkshire or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.
