What you get when you join
You’ll start with an onboarding call with your host. They’ll walk you through your membership, answer any questions and run a mini networking strategy session so you can get the best out of your time with The Ribbons Network from day one.
Membership Fees & Billing
Membership is billed monthly in advance on a recurring date based on when you join.
If a payment bounces, it will be reattempted the following day.
By joining, you confirm that you understand and accept the membership costs and terms.
Membership Commitment
Your membership comes with a fixed initial commitment period, which you select when joining. This will either be:
• 4 month minimum, or
• 12 month minimum
Your chosen commitment is confirmed on sign-up when you check the agreement box.
After your initial commitment period ends, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 1 month’s written notice.
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership type at any time, but the original minimum commitment you agreed to will still apply.
Refunds are not issued for partial months or for meetings you do not attend.
Cancelling Your Membership
After your initial commitment period ends, you may cancel with 1 month’s written notice. If no notice is given, your membership will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis.
Attendance
• No roaming between groups, although members can visit other groups twice with the exclusive member discount
• Meeting changes require a buddy swap, but you’ll get first refusal on swaps through the WhatsApp group
• You’ll be automatically added to the guestlist for your booked in-person meetings and national online event
• If you can’t attend a meeting, you must tell your host beforehand
• You may send someone in your place or arrange a buddy swap
• Missed meetings are not refundable
• Meetings cannot be transferred to other months or groups unless a buddy swap takes place
• You can only attend the meetings included in your membership unless a buddy swap takes place

Your monthly membership fee: £X
